What is included in a private tasting?

How do I know what wine & alcohol to buy?

We will go to the liquor store to pull the all the alcohol for you. We will leave it at the front with your name on it for you to pick up and pay for. We can work with any budget on the wine. If you would like to use your own wine, let us know. I would love to plan the menu around your favorite wines.

My dining table is not big enough, what do i do?

We are happy to help you rent a table, linen, and chairs to fit your party. We can make it as stress-free as possible.

Can each guest pay for themselves?

Absolutely! We hand out checks at the end of the tasting, just like at a restaurant. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit card.

Will you ACCOMMODATE dietary restrictions?

We of course will accommodate food allergies but dietary restrictions can be tricky with a private tasting. Please let us know how we can accommodate all your guests and we will do the best we can.

What happens if a guest cancels last minute?

If a guest cancels with less than 48 hours notice, the full amount is due. Please let us know if you have any questions, we try to work with our clients on this.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included. We leave it up to our clients to tip as they feel needed.

What do I need to have ready in the kitchen?

We will be needing a little space in your fridge and freezer for food and ice storage. Please notify us if you do not have an ice maker and we will bring ice for water and cocktails. We will be cooking all the courses in your kitchen but we bring all our own pots, pans, and utensils.

How early will you arrive to set up?

We will need to arrive 1 1/2 hours early to start prepping the food and setting the table. If your party is 12 or greater, we will need to arrive 2 hours early.

Do you clean up?

Yes! We aim to leave the kitchen spotless before we leave. We do leave the table decor for your guests to enjoy the remainder of the night.

Do you stay until all my guests leave?

No, we leave after the last course is cleared. We leave the table decor and glassware for your guests to enjoy the rest of the evening without feeling rushed. We kindly ask that you place the glassware and table decor into the crate and tub we provide. Please leave it on your front porch the next day and we will come pick it up. Please let us know if you prefer something else.

Does the booking fee go towards my private tasting?

No, the booking fee does not go towards the private tasting.

Can I get my Booking Fee back if i cancel?

Unfortunately we are unable to give any booking fee back as it is non-refundable. It also can not go towards a future booking. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your reservation, further charges will be billed. Charges will vary depending on your party size.
