Pumpkin Espresso Martini

  • Cocktail Shaker


  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 2 tsp Kahlúa
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon to garnish optional


  • Make a shot of espresso. (It is best to use the espresso right after it brews so it creates the foam on top of the martini.)
  • Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill to the top with ice. Shake for 1 minute & immediately pour into a martini glass.
  • Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top and cheers!
