Pear All Spice Shot
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- 6 shot glasses
Ingredients
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 3 ounce Dry London Gin
- 1.5 ounce Liqueur de Poire
- 1.5 tbsp St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram Liqueur
- 1.5 tbsp simple syrup
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine the cane sugar and cinnamon and stir. Pour the cinnamon sugar on a small plate. Line the rim of the shot glasses with a slice of lime. Dip into the cinnamon sugar to coat the rim. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the lime juice, gin, Liqueur de Poire, St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram Liqueur, and simple syrup. Fill to the top with ice and shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain into the shot glasses and serve. Cheers!
