Sweet Pear Gorgonzola Pizza

  • 22 ounce raw pizza dough
  • 2 pears thinly sliced
  • 3 ounce gorgonzola crumbled
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp flour


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle flour on a pizza stone or baking sheet. If using a pizza stone, place in the oven to preheat.
  • Sprinkle flour on a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough. This recipe makes one large pizza or 6 mini individual pizzas.
  • Brush the olive oil on the pizza dough and sprinkle with the oregano. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the dough from the oven. Place the prosciutto, sliced pears, and crumbled gorgonzola in an even layer on the dough. Cook for another 10 minutes until the edges are slightly browned.
  • Last, drizzle the honey all over and dig in! It is great served with a simple arugula salad.
