Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 4 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
  • 4 tbsp bourbon optional
  • 2 tbsp shaved chocolate or chocolate covered espresso beans optional

Instructions
 

  • Place 1-2 scoops of the ice cream in a mug or bowl.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of the bourbon (optional) and shot of hot espresso right before serving.
  • Garnish with shaved chocolate or chocolate covered espresso beans.

Notes

I used a pipette for the bourbon to make it more festive but you can simple pour it onto the ice cream.

Let your guests add their own bourbon with pipettes.
