Firecracker Frosé

The perfect drink for your holiday weekend. Rosé is always a favorite during the hot summer months so why not make it festive for the 4th! This recipe is easy to make for a crowd and your guests will love the festive details. Remember to freeze the rosé in a separate canister the night before.

Equipment

  • High power blender – I used a Vitamix
  • pipettes for the st. germain
  • bamboo skewers for garnish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Rosé frozen in a separate canister
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries frozen
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3 tbsp simple syrup recipe in notes
  • 8 tbsp St. Germain liqueur
  • 5 GoodPop Red White & Blue Popsicles
  • 5 pipettes
  • 5 strawberry & blueberry skewers

Instructions
 

  • Pour the rosé in a canister and freeze overnight.
  • Blend together the frozen rosé, lemon juice , simple syrup, and frozen strawberries until well smooth. Keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
  • Pour the St. Germain in a small bowl. Squeeze the pipette and place in the liqueur while continuing to squeeze. Release your fingers and hold in the liqueur until it fills up. Continue with the rest and set aside.
  • Stack blueberries and strawberries on a bamboo skewer and set aside.
  • Pour the frosé into a glass and garnish with st. germain pipette, goodpop popsicle, & a blueberry and strawberry skewer.

Notes

To make simple syrup – boil 1 cup sugar mixed in 1 cup water until the sugar has dissolved. Let cool and store in the refrigerator.

St. Germain Pipette

St. Germain is an elderflower liqueur from France that will add a delicate floral flavor.
