Chase’s Pineapple Mint Margarita
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh Pineapple cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 small Lime juiced
- 3 ounce Tequila
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Fresh Mint
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the pineapple and mint for 1 minute or until pineapple is smashed.
- Add lime, tequila, and simple syrup. Fill to the top with ice. Shake for 1 minute.
- Strain the margarita over ice. Garnish with fresh mint and pineapple on the rim.
