Classic Parisian Sandwich

This transports me back to my days in Paris when I would hop into a corner boulangerie on a busy day to grab one of the classic ham and cheese sandwiches that France is known for. A classic Parisian is my all time favorite sandwich because it is more about the bread than the meat. Any excuse to eat a whole baguette and I am here for it. Here it is more about quality over quantity so make sure to get the best ingredients you can. So simple and so delicious!
