It is currently -5 degrees in Tulsa and it is too cold to play in the snow for more than 5 minutes. So we brought the snow inside! My kids had a blast making this ice cream and of course it was delicious as well! Pick your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Sprinkle Snow Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 16 cups Snow
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 tbsp Sprinkles
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
- Pour milk, sugar, and vanilla into snow and stir with a wooden spoon. Mix well.
- Spoon the snow into a bowl with an ice cream scoop.
- Top with sprinkles and marshmallows.
Notes
Mix the snow well. Add more milk or snow depending on the consistency you want.
