I recently went to pick fresh blackberries at the cutest little farm just south of Tulsa. Endicott Farms has Oklahoma grown berries and pecans and I love that it’s not too far from Tulsa! We brought my 2 year old daughter and she loved every minute. We had so much fun that we ended up picking 10 pounds of blueberries and blackberries! So I decided to mini blackberry pies and found the perfect recipe.
This recipe for Individual Blackberry Pies from Lauren’s Latest is simple and delicious. There is no better dessert in the summer than blackberry pie in my opinion.
- I am a huge pie crust fan but if you don’t love the crust just leave the top off!
- Keep an eye on the pies to make sure the top isn’t browning too much.
- This recipe can also be for one bigger pie if you don’t have mini pie or tart pans.
- Serve with your favorite vanilla ice cream.
