Easy Chocolate Granola by Bakerita

Looking for something sweet but also healthy? This Easy Chocolate Granola from Bakerita is absolutely delicious! It is gluten-free and vegan.  It is made with wholesome ingredients and will give you the energy you need throughout the day!  And why wouldn’t you want to start your day with a little chocolate?? It is great for a healthy snack or even for dessert with a little yogurt.

TIPS:

  • If you don’t want it to be overly sweet – add half the amount of dark chocolate chips after baking it.
  • I used sliced almonds but any nut would be great!
  • The flaky sea salt is a must! It adds another depth of flavor. Sweet and salty is the perfect combination!
  • I served the granola with vanilla yogurt, sliced bananas, shredded coconut, raw honey, sliced almonds, dark chocolate chips, and sea salt.  This would be the best yogurt bar for a brunch!

TASTE: Chocolatey goodness!
TIME: Total time is 45 minutes but only 10 minutes for prep!
TROUBLE: Little to no trouble!
