- I only had to cook the beef and broccoli for 12 minutes, instead of 16-18. Check on sheet pan after ten minutes and adjust the cooking time as needed. I like mine at a good medium temperature of 130F.
- I garnished this delicious recipe with sambal oelek because I cannot get enough spice right now! Siracha would be great as well!!
TASTE: Better than takeout!
